Picah Chariza (born 3 Feb 3132) is an Aeetian-born cultural theorist and sociologist who lives and workes on Anaximander since 3151. Chariza is one of the founding figures of the school of thought that is now known as Anaximandan Cultural Studies. She was President of the Anaximandan Sociological Association 3195–97.

In the 3150s Chariza was a founder of the influential ProgSoc Review. She took over as director of the Centre for Contemporary Cultural Studies in 3168. While at the Centre, Chariza is credited with playing a role in expanding the scope of cultural studies to deal with species and gender, and with helping to incorporate new ideas derived from the work of Thorkatlan theorists.
